Lanette Aliceburg - Instructor
Lanette has been working in the dental field for over 10 years and brings a true passion for dentistry and patient care to the classroom. She loves helping others learn the skills they need to provide excellent care, make patients feel comfortable during their dental experience, and confidently assist the dentist throughout a variety of procedures.
As an experienced dental assistant and instructor, Lanette enjoys sharing her knowledge and real-world experience with students and helping them build the confidence they need to begin their own careers in dentistry.
When she isn't working as a dental assistant or teaching students, you will find Lanette spending time with her family. She loves going to the beach, hunting, and riding her motorcycle with her husband.
Lanette is excited to share her experience, passion, and love for dentistry with the next generation of dental assistants!
Dr. Elizabeth Dunham, known as “Dr. Liz” to her patients, enjoys getting to know each patient she treats and providing care that fits their needs and comfort level. She focuses on extractions, including simple and surgical tooth removal, wisdom teeth extractions, and sedation to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
Dr. Liz grew up in Northern Virginia in a large family of five children and has fond memories of visiting the dentist as a child.
After earning her Bachelor of Science from James Madison University, Dr. Liz went on to earn a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating magna cum laude. She then completed additional training with the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency from the University of Florida.
Dr. Liz is passionate about delivering efficient, high-quality surgical care and is committed to continued learning to provide the safest and most comfortable treatment possible.
